ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and generating HR reports and queries using various reporting tools.
- Learn and apply key HR metrics used to evaluate organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct proactive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the HR Leadership Team on a variety of projects and ad hoc assignments.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues within the HRIS system, recommending enhancements where applicable.
- Participate in system maintenance activities and process reviews to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Support the documentation of HR processes, policies, and workflows.
- Participate in audits by compiling data and assisting with compliance reviews.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal HR communications and dashboards.
- Contribute to the implementation of new HR tools, systems, or enhancements by assisting with testing and user training materials.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy in employee records within the HRIS.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes by generating reports and tracking key milestones.
- Conduct external benchmarking and internal data analysis to support compensation or workforce planning efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure data privacy standards are followed.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, including those related to equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and anti-retaliation.
- Perform additional administrative and project-based duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle) or an interest in learning HRIS platforms.
- Experience with or willingness to learn reporting and visualization tools.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
- You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
