Job Description

Eataly is hiring a Brand Partnership Intern for Summer 2025 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Marketing Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian!

With the guidance of the Director of Brand, the intern will:

  • Assist in managing and executing sports partnerships, including US Open, pickleball initiatives, and upcoming stadium activations.
  • Support coordination efforts with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless activation of sponsorships.
  • Track partnership performance and contribute to post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in brand scouting and partnership development for upcoming store openings.
  • Conduct outreach for H2 initiatives, fostering collaborations with relevant brands and influencers.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for off-site events.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of brand activations, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

This internship runs from June - August.  The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate.  Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Film, and/or Visual Arts.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills,creative skills, and attention to details
  • Ability to take direction and work independently

The compensation for this role is $16.50 per hour
