HR Coordinator

The Staff Pad is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of our client. This role provides essential support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Process payroll, track timekeeping, and maintain HR records and databases.
  • Assist in benefits administration, workers compensation claims, and unemployment processing.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Ensure company policies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • HRCI and/or SHRM HR certification(s) preferred.
