Position Overview:
The Benefits Generalist will be responsible for administering comprehensive employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with vendors like Cigna, Wex, and iSolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits programs.
• Manage open enrollment processes and year-end audits.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Proficiency in UKG payroll/HRIS systems.
• Experience working with vendors such as Cigna, Wex, and iSolve.
