We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us create a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will manage the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR policies and procedures, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for supporting and developing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee feedback processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance HR processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterβs degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (generally 5+ years of experience).
- Knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
