The Human Resources Business Partner is an integral member of the Human Resources (HR) Team Member Relations (TMR) team who will serve as a key point of contact between Augusta Health’s Human Resources Department and Senior Augusta Medical Group (AMG) Leadership, providing a broad range of Human Resources services to AMG’s various departments, units, and clinics in alignment with current Team Member Relations practices and approaches. The Human Resources Business Partner will drive Augusta Health HR and organizational goals by collaborating with AMG leadership through consulting and coaching to meet Augusta Health vision, mission, values, and overall objectives. The Human Resources Business Partner supports the Administrative Director of Human Resources to align and implement strategic business initiatives integrating current TMR practices and approaches to support the Augusta Way culture. The Human Resources Business Partner will act as the HR representation liaison between the senior leadership of AMG and the Admin Director of HR, providing solutions to a variety of HR-related needs including, but not limited to, recruiting, team member relations, performance management, compensation and benefit programs, retention, and training initiatives.
