POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Operations Analyst position assists with all the logistical tasks relating to IT operational projects.  Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role will be the primary contact for IT procurement, including IT asset management.  This role will heavily engage ITSM systems to maintain assets, documentation and IT contracts.

Essential Functions Statement(s):

  • Assist in the management of the technical and operational aspects of the enterprise multifunction copier and printer fleet.
  • Utilize ITSM system to track software/warranty contracts, maintain license count accuracy and alerting for IT business leaders.
  • Complete and maintain all departmental documentation, including SOP’s, policies and procedures, and user/technical reference guides.
  • Own IT procurement processes; placing bulk IT, Building Technology, and site setup orders.
  • Audit purchase orders and associated asset data on a regular basis.
  • Assist with all IT related items pertaining to Property Dispositions.  Work closely with service providers and support staff for coordinating the transition and collection of assets.
  • Serve as an IT point of contact for property management and construction divisions for scheduling and task coordination for site originations and phase transitions.
  • Perform any other job-related instructions, as requested.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Competency Statements:

  • Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point is required
  • Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of leadership, influence change in corporate understanding of IT vendor partnerships, defuse tension and resolve conflict, and lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and deliver documented and measurable results
  • Proven ability to forge productive operational vendor partnerships
  • Results oriented with strong analytic/metrics focus
  • Effective time management and strong planning skills
  • High personal integrity and ethics

SKILLS & ABILITIES                                                            

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
