This is a 6 months fixed term contact, potential to be extended. Initially this is WFH position which can be based in either Newcastle or Manchester.
Our Internal Recruiters are responsible for identifying, sourcing and attracting the very best talent. They focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and positioning SGK as an employer of choice, positively promoting our brand.
Working as part of the HR Team, the Internal Recruiters support our overall Resourcing Strategy, liaising with internal hiring managers to build excellent stakeholder relationships whilst recruiting the very best people for our growing business. They support our offices throughout the UK.

You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You will need to have a full understanding of what is required to reach, engage and convert the best Talent out there so substantial experience of directly sourcing of candidates in either an agency or in-house environment is essential. You will need to be driven, proactive and passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. As you will be working in a fast-paced environment you will need to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and be able to manipulate data to provide up to date reports to senior stakeholders.
