Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency setting.
- Experience with MSP accounts and vendor management systems is required.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, experience with SmartSearch is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
