2025 Summer Internship

Overview

The VNS Health Summer Internship program is a ten-week experience for college students to gain first-hand insights inside a multifaceted nonprofit healthcare organization. Join us in continuing our 130+ year legacy of delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare to the homes and communities of New Yorkers who need it most. Compensation Range:$20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

The hybrid Summer Internship Program in NYC runs from June 2nd through the week of August 4th, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Undergraduate interns start at $20/hour, while graduate interns start at $25/hour.

What You Will Do:
 

The VNS Health Summer Internship will promote growth and learning, and students will participate in presentations, workshops, and networking sessions with VNS Health leaders. At the end of the summer program, students will independently or collaboratively develop and present a creative and strategic business solution to VNS leaders, showcasing the knowledge and experience they have gained.

You will be placed in a department according to your interest. Host departments may include:

• Behavioral Health

• Finance

• Information Technology

• Business Analytics

• Compliance

• Legal and Government Affairs

• Marketing

Qualifications

Education:
Current enrollment in college or graduate school with a minimum of one year of college completed required
