Job Summary:


The New Business Development Specialist will focus on outbound calling efforts to schedule high-volume discovery meetings with financial advisors. In this role, you will engage with leads via persistent calling campaigns and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities. This is a results-driven position that requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to maintain effective outreach and follow-up strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

•Execute 250+ weekly touchpoints through calls, emails, and meetings to generate interest in our services.

•Follow structured lead follow-up cadences using tools like Kixie, Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.

•Continuously optimize pitches and call scripts for effectiveness and engagement.

•Track pipeline activity, document progress, and report metrics to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

•Bring on new Advisor accounts

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

•2+ years of outbound sales experience (preferred).

•3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager is a plus.

•Financial services experience preferred.

•Proficiency in sales technologies such as Kixie, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn.
