The Business Operations Executive - Global Info Security will be responsible for driving horizontal business operations and administrative support across the Global Information Security organization. This includes leading a team enabling operational performance, business transformation and strategy, workforce strategy and engagement through management of effective leadership routines, business enablement services and communications.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Leads a centralized team of business operations and support functions including:
•Drive management routines and ensure alignment to business priorities
•Partner with Finance on financial management
•Manage workforce strategy for GIS Operations
•Ensure consistency in communication and completion of deliverables
•Ensure executive preparedness for critical communications such as deep dives, business reviews, and town halls
•Develop and drive Operations Engagement plans
•Act as central point of contact for information collection and dissemination and reporting on behalf of GIS Operations
•Drive location Strategy across GIS
•Drive employee engagement and diversity and inclusion activities
•Lead ad-hoc projects across GIS Operations and provide representation on various GIS & GT projects
•Interface with key business partners and other Business Support functions.
Required Skills:

•Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and HR and financial/accounting practices
•10+ Years of experience in roles leading multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and strategy initiatives.
