The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) provides clinical leadership, vision, and direction for multi-disciplinary teams delivering integrated health care, housing, and clinical services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The CCO collaborates with the Integrated Health Care and Supportive Housing & Services Executive Team to ensure all Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) programs deliver consistent, high-quality clinical services. This role includes direct supervision of medical, psychiatric, nursing, dental, and pharmacy leadership within their respective scopes of practice. Additionally, the CCO oversees clinical functions across housing and service programs to ensure quality, evidence-based, and compliant care throughout the organization.
$190,000 - $320,000 a year
WHERE A CANDIDATE IS PLACED IN THE COMPENSATION RANGE DEPENDS ON TOTAL RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND TYPE/LEVEL OF VALID MEDICAL LICENSING.
