This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for clinical roles, including medical assistants, Sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top-tier clinical talent, building strong pipelines, and negotiating with candidates to secure the best talent for our organization. Experience in vascular recruiting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage a high-volume requisition load for clinical roles across multiple markets, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage clinical providers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Negotiation: Lead salary and benefits negotiations with candidates to secure commitments while aligning with organizational budgets and policies.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights and talent acquisition solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified clinical professionals for future hiring needs.
- Process Management: Ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
