The Healthcare Network Recruiter plays a crucial role in expanding Inlightened’s network of healthcare experts. Collaborating with Operations, Project Management, and Network Growth teams, this position identifies, engages, and recruits qualified professionals. Utilizing diverse recruitment strategies, the Recruiter ensures high-quality expert engagement by sourcing individuals whose expertise aligns with project needs. The role involves designing targeted outreach strategies, securing expert participation, and supporting network expansion. This position is essential in building a diverse, innovative pool of professionals to advance Inlightened’s mission of healthcare innovation.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

 Expert Sourcing and Recruitment - 100%

  • Search for, engage, and communicate with healthcare experts to participate in Inlightened projects, using diverse recruitment strategies
  • Receives inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective network contacts
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements and design tailored outreach strategies to attract the right experts
  • Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure participation, addressing any concerns or questions the experts may have
  • Work with the network growth team to identify and proactively engage experts for future network expansion
  • Schedule experts who successfully pass the screening process for market research engagements, ensuring that expert availability aligns with project timelines and client requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal tracking grids to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of expert engagement status, project progress, and relevant milestones.
  • Screens healthcare professionals to determine eligibility and matches to current projects based on their availability and skills
  •  Successfully meets or exceeds project-related expert sourcing goals as defined by the manager, contributing to the timely and efficient execution of client projects.
  • Keeps management informed of area activities, significant problems, and changes in recruiting volume

Qualifications – Education, Work Experience, Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferably 4+ years) in a similar role in healthcare, market research, recruitment, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of related experience required
  • Experience in recruiting, healthcare, or customer service roles is a plus
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, roles, and requirements is an advantage

Physical, Mental, Working Conditions, and Travel Requirements:

  • Typical office environment - sedentary with typing, writing, and reading requirements
  • May be able to sit or stand
