Description

Job Title: HR Assistant/Staff Recruiter


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Staff Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to help our company grow by finding the best talent available.Β 


Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screens

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system

- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions

Procure and coordinate recruitment evens and activities within all operative markets

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruiting

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems

Ability to train hiring managers and supporting staff on recruitment processes and ATS system

30% Travel

Requirements

Minimum 2 years HR or recruitment experience

Bachelor's degree in human resource Managment or related fieldΒ 

Professional Human Resource Certification strongly desiredΒ
