We are looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead in driving employee engagement, compliance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR for a growing company, being hands-on with HR tasks and contributing strategically to our growth

  • Essential functions
    • Talent Management: Work with department managers to identify staffing and skill needs, create hiring timelines and help set compensation budgets, oversee performance review systems
    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Take charge of the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Training & Development: Lead the excellence strategy, drive high employee engagement overseeing training initiatives to help employees grow professionally and keep the company competitive within the industry
    • HR compliance: Maintain employment records using both a physical filing system as well as digital human resource management system software. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as employee handbooks, and company policies Recommend new approaches, build systems, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and company while ensuring legal compliance
    • Employee welfare: Be a trusted HR partner, promoting a positive workplace culture and helping resolve any conflicts
    • Benefit Administration: Oversee payroll and benefits, answering employee questions and supporting employees with enrollment process. Complete annual benefit audits for 401k, workers comp and ACA reporting
    • Qualifications and Education Requirements
      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
      • 3-5 years’ experience in an HR position
      • Experience with ADP Workforce now is preferred
      • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
      • Self-driven individual who is proactive
      • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
      • Strong communication abilities and the discretion to handle confidential matters
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to handle sensitive employee data
      • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly
      • Positive attitude and problem solver
