Summary

Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, this position will provide support to the Human Resources Department and team members.

 Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Assist with company wide Open Enrollment. This will include input of benefit selections, information, servicing employees with questions and assisting the HR Generalist / Benefits Administrator and participation to complete the Open Enrollment process for 2024
  • Provide the Human Resources department with clerical support, compose letters, and other HR related documents. 
  • Audit and organize employee personnel files for accuracy of required documents and work with the applicable team member. 
  • Audit and update Master Onboarding database.
  • Ensure assigned HR projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Compose reports related to Human Resources and as needed from other departments.
  • Assist with Human Resources events and campaigns.
  • Maintain the Human Resources documentation queue.
  • Support the recruitment process: New hire packets, document copies. 
  • Provide support to the Human Resources department team members with various tasks and assignments.
  • Manage inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Assist with verifications, employee documents and communications to departments pertaining to absences.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently enrolled in course study of Human Resources and / or equivalent experience 
  • High level of detail orientation to conduct audits
  • Efficiency in execution of tasks by designated deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
  • Excellent data entry skills
