How you will contribute to our TEAM 

Position Summary 

  

The HRBP/Recruiting COE serves as a strategic partner to provide effective and quality HR operational services and guidance to business leaders and staff to support the business goals and objectives. The HRBP acts as a coach, strategic partner and change agent. She/he works closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement, build morale, increase productivity and retention. The position is also responsible for the efficient and effective recruiting function organization-wide and working closely with the VP of HR to determine recruiting strategy. The Recruiting COE will be responsible for developing and monitoring recruiting KPIs.  

  

Responsibilities 

  

HR BUSINESS PARTNERING: 

  • Gather and analyze relevant data, trends, and patterns to identify opportunities around talent management, performance management, talent acquisition and retention and make recommendations on strategies to align to business objectives.
  • Uses data and analytics to influence good business decisions.
  • Partners with business leaders and line managers to assess the business, processes, concerns, and challenges and ensure integrated HR solutions and strategies are aligned to business needs.

  

TALENT: 

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy and onboarding efforts across assigned region(s). Make recommendations to VP of HR/executive team with adjustments to strategy to ensure market 
  • Responsible for building recruiting processes in the HRIS and with hiring managers, training on processes, and driving efficiency to reduce time-to-hire and increase quality hires
  • Develop and communicate recruiting KPIs organizationally
  • Facilitates the timely hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies  for the openings. 
  • Partners with hiring manager and internal or external recruiter in the recruiting efforts, ensuring job postings are accurate, and is a part of the selection process where .
  • Leads the development of training programs that would accelerate learning and productivity of employees for assigned businesses. 

  

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: 

  • Consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes
  • Analyzes and provides advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work issues.
  • Maintains employee records ensuring completion and accuracy of detail such as employee information, job classification, and data integrity.
  • Leads/facilitates employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handles complex employee issues and investigations with little oversight.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

  

  

Education & Experience 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is preferred.  

·         Experience in a client-focused HR role, including experience in performance management, employee relations, learning, and/or compensation.  

·         The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Services, or Construction.  

·         Experience working in a metrics-driven organization, using data analysis to measure results and key performance indicators to drive productivity. Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and you will need to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization.  

·         Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously and have the aptitude to lead and manage complex situations.  

·         Evidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders at all levels. 

·         A proven track record of results, the successful candidate will work independently, multi-task, and manage their time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  

·         Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

·         Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

·         Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 

·         Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software. 

·         Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives. 

·         Knowledge of current HR law and HR practices. 

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
