What You Will Be Doing:

  • HR Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Performance Management: Implement systems to drive employee performance and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • HRIS Management: Optimize large HRIS systems, with preference for SuccessFactors experience.
  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics for strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification: SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • HRIS Expertise: Experienced with large HRIS systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in HR metrics and analytics.
