What You Will Be Doing:
HR Strategy and Operations:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Talent Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
Employee Relations:
Promote a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
Performance Management:
Implement systems to drive employee performance and development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
HRIS Management:
Optimize large HRIS systems, with preference for SuccessFactors experience.
Policy Development:
Create and update HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Identify and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Reporting and Analytics:
Provide HR metrics and analytics for strategic planning.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Education:
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification:
SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
HRIS Expertise:
Experienced with large HRIS systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HR metrics and analytics.

Ensure HR policies are current and enforced.
Training Programs:
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Analytics Reporting:
Provide detailed HR metrics for decision-making.
