IP Patent Prosecution Attorney

 National Law firm is seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution Attorney to join it's growing Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement from any of the firm's office locations.

About the Role:

The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience in patent prosecution, handling a variety of patents across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

• Patent prosecution, including drafting and filing patent applications.
• Patent search and analysis, providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Portfolio management, helping clients safeguard and maximize their intellectual property assets.
• Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device patents is a plus.
• Litigation experience is beneficial but not required.
