Licensing Audit Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Licensing Audit Manager. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum in-office presence of 3- days a week.
What you will get to do:
As a Licensing Audit Manager, you will manage the end-to-end process of internal licensing compliance assessments and external audits of our customers. Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
- Review and monitor licensing agreements to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Evaluate contractual validity of audit rights, reporting obligations, and payment terms.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for external audits.
- Review and analyze customer-submitted quarterly reports as part of a continuous monitoring process.
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and non-compliant activity.
- Provide support during settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and Sales to meet objectives.
- Monitor and report key metrics related to costs, revenue recovery, cycle time and ROI.
- Assist with data management to ensure data integrity of audit-related information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and managerial skills.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
- Demonstrate the ability to maximize revenue recovery while maintaining a strong relationship with internal/external customers throughout the audit and settlement process.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy, take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in tools and business applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce as well as the ability to learn additional software applications.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $99,221 - $131,468 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
