Innovative Outsourcing has been a provider of customized recruiting and staffing solutions for small to medium-sized businesses in the metro ATL area for over 27 years. We are growing and are looking for an additional Part-time Virtual Full-Desk Recruiter to join our wonderful team! If you are an experienced recruiter and are looking for a role that will allow you to balance work and family needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are in need of a recruiter who wants to work approximately 10-20 hours per week and who has experience recruiting for positions in the accounting, administrative, HR, paralegal, digital media, sales and other similar professional skill areas. We offer a flexible schedule, we have a proven successful process, and you will be well-resourced and supported in your efforts.
We are not your typical recruiting agency. This is a virtual, family oriented company with a strong team atmosphere. There are no minimum call quotas, no KPIs - just hard work helping clients and candidates find each other! Come join us as we create more “raving fans” among our clients and candidates!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct Client Intake Video Calls to learn more about position details, the company and culture

- Create well-written and persuasive job postings that will attract candidates to our clients’ great opportunities

- Use passive recruiting efforts to reach qualified candidates when needed

- Screen resumes and schedule video interviews with qualified candidates

- Conduct video interviews with candidates and select those that will move forward to meet our clients

- Provide resumes and bios to clients and gain the opportunity for interviews

- Get feedback from clients and share with candidates

- Offer jobs to candidates and start the pre-employment screening process

- Continually update candidate records in our database system with interview notes, email/text communications, job updates, etc.

- Update candidates who were not chosen to move forward in the process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years’ previous experience recruiting for professional positions

- The ability to work 10 - 20 hours per week with the bandwidth to increase hours as needed

- Strong knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems as well as LinkedIn and Indeed as passive recruiting sources

- Agency experience preferred

- A positive, upbeat personality and attitude

- A high degree of responsiveness, even when not officially “on the clock”

- Great written and oral communication skills

- The ability to develop strong rapport and lasting relationships with candidates and clients

PAY RATE: $28 - $31 per hour based on experience plus a twice a year bonus
