- Fills all required positions within a facility located in the region assigned.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the senior leadership at facilities and regional level.
- Designs and develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Manages all job boards and applicant tracking system for each facility.
- Works closely with Human Resources and Operations in assigned region to share best practices, aid on critical needs and coordinate on all talent initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for all facilities within assigned region.
- Provides constructive and timely results based off the needs of each facility.
