This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic and sophisticated organization at the heart of the aviation finance industry as a Senior HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support during a leave of absence (anticipated 6+ months, with no guaranteed term). You’ll ensure continuity of HR operations and drive impactful people initiatives working with a talented VP of HR and supported by an HR Generalist in this under 100 employee global organization.


What you will do:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage global recruitment, including student and temporary hiring.
  • Conduct background checks, coordinate interviews, and lead new hire orientations.
  • Handle employee exit processes and offboarding.
  • Support the VP of HR in refining assessment tools for ongoing recruitment efforts.

    Learning & Development 
  • Collaborate on L&D initiatives, coordinating in-house training and workshops.

    Compensation, Payroll & Benefits 
  • Assist with global payroll processing and benefits administration.

    Policy & Compliance
  • Support the administration and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and government reporting requirements related to HR functions.

    Performance Management 
  • Assist in the execution of performance management programs to support employee growth and development.

    HR Technology & Administration
  • Manage and update HR-related content on the company intranet.
  • Process HR vendor invoices and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS, employee records, and retention policies.
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

    Reporting & Analytics 
  • Support internal and external reporting requirements related to HR functions.

    What We’re Looking For:
  • HR expertise in a corporate or global environment, ideally in financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
