RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constant understanding of your customers needs.
- Always be present for hotel Director's and your team members.
- Establish a support community to help you source good-fit talent.
- Deliver performance reviews and corrective action.
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media.
- Interview and onboard new hires.
- Train team to perform in their role and deliver what is expected.
- Build an incredible culture between employees and customer.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Clear Communicator with good written and relationship building skills.
- Coachable, eagar to grow career.
- Flexible schedule.
- Organization and time-management.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
- Attention to detail & passion for providing excellence.
- Independant preformer that understands the culture is more important than any single team member.
- Clean and well-groomed apperance.
