As a Technical Recruiter for our client you will have a dual role within an award winning IT consulting firm:
You will be a Recruitment Star recruiting for technical positions within the Financial Technology
You will be a Relationship Builder building and sustaining robust long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
What will you do?
Coordinate hiring needs with managers
Develop a network of contacts with technical people in Finance (Fintech)
Recruit candidates such as DBAs, Java developers, C++, C#, .Net, PMs,
Source candidates through effective search techniques using internal database, external job databases and social media networks
Enroll passive candidates
Conduct preliminary phone screening interviews
Conduct in-person interviews
Coordination of candidates' interviews with clients
Conduct credit/criminal and reference checks
Presentation of offers of employment
Find innovative staffing solutions
All other staffing-related tasks
They are looking for someone who:
Just can't get enough of recruitment, loves keeping abreast of current trends and innovative practices, and doesn't hesitate to experiment with new methods
An intermediate IT recruiter with 3-5 years’ experience
Proven ability to source candidate with the Financial Technology industry (Imperative)
Excel in managing numerous tasks, responsibilities and deadlines in a timely organized manner
