The Associate Recruiter will be vital in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality software and technical talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and improve processes.
  • Promote a positive employer brand by providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance hiring strategies.

Internship Program Coordination

  • Develop and manage internship recruitment efforts by collaborating with colleges, universities, and vocational programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation processes for interns.
  • Track program success and make recommendations for improvement.

Veteran Hiring Initiatives

  • Build partnerships with military transition programs, veteran organizations, and workforce development agencies.
  • Assist in creating targeted outreach strategies to recruit veterans into the organization.
  • Support veterans during the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
